To all of us wishing to experience a relaxing yet uplifting weekend to restore health, and fell balanced through out the Year without the hassle of travelling is the opportunity in our door step!

At the moment there are 2 weekend retreats scheduled for early 2018

1st weekend on the   13/14th of January 2018  
2nd weekend on the  03/04 of February  2018

Description: a non-residential wellbeing weekend retreat,  with a natural health holistic approach promoting Mind and Body Balance.

Including gentle yoga sessions (beginners and all levels welcome), breathing techniques, relaxation and guided meditation, inspirational talks, and complementary therapies available.

Where? Taking place in a spacious and quiet studio next to Battersea park (SW11 nearly central London), we will do nature walks in idyillic surroundings of the park,wheather permitting!

What's included? 

What to bring? a smile, open mind and a relaxed attitude, loose cloths to exercise, a confy blanket and a pillow for meditation session,trainers or comfortable shoes for outdoor nature walk in the park.
